Ticketmatch is an app that aims to revolutionize ticket sales and distribution, providing users with a seamless way to buy, store, and use event tickets while helping organizers expand their reach. Inspired by the globally known Ticketmaster solution, the platform's team embarked on a mission to create a solution that would empower both event organizers and attendees in Nigeria.

Ticketmatch's journey began with a small team of dedicated individuals who believed in the power of ticket sales and the impact it could have on the market. We meticulously analyzed the pain points faced by event organizers and attendees, conducting in-depth market research and engaging with the community to understand their needs.

Design Approach

My design focused on simplifying the user flow, unifying related actions, and creating a clean and more intuitive event details screen. The goal was to avoid clustering texts and icons making the screen easy to look at for new users while also ensuring users can quickly find the action buttons without being overwhelmed.

User & Admin Dashboard

I also designed the admin dashboard screens which includes the User Management screens where the admin can manage new and existing user accounts; the Ticket Management screens where the admin can create and edit tickets; also screens for the Finance Management, Communications and the Settings screen. I went for the minimalistic approach to avoid visual noise thereby making the dashboard interface feel lighter, and also a clear nav bar for easy navigation.
